Brian O’Donoghue provides operations expertise and serves as General Counsel for Veyron, bringing 32 years of experience across business, law, finance, and management to bear on the firm’s legal, regulatory, and operational framework.

Prior to Veyron, Mr. O’Donoghue served on the Board of Directors of a regulated financial institution, guiding its restructuring, legal and regulatory strategy, and eventual merger with a larger institution. He was also Managing Member of Arklow Capital, a private investment fund spanning long and short, debt and equity positions. A lawyer by training, he spent five years as General Counsel of a publicly traded internet software company and began his career with five years at Milbank Tweed, specializing in finance, securities, M&A, and public and private offerings.

Michael Ippolito co-leads Veyron’s acquisition of new assets and overall portfolio strategy. Drawing on 35+ years advising global corporations on optimizing their real estate holdings, Michael is an expert in capital structures and corporate strategy. He provides critical insight to corporations and nonprofits in order to assist C-suite executives with the alignment of real estate decisions, balance sheet, and income statement objectives.

Prior to Veyron, Mr. Ippolito spent 30 years as a partner at Newmark, where he founded and chaired the firm’s Global Corporate Services platform, scaling it to over $200 million in annual revenue and a team of 1,000 professionals. He was recently recognized as a Transformative Leader by the CEO Forum and Forbes.

Patrick Duffy co-leads portfolio acquisition and disposition strategy at Veyron, applying 35+ years in commercial real estate and a deep command of accounting standards and financial engineering to underwrite risk and identify value across the platform.

Prior to Veyron, Mr. Duffy was Vice Chairman at Newmark, a publicly traded global real estate firm, where he focused on advisory services, financing, and long-term strategic planning. Over his career, he has closed several billion dollars in real estate transactions across the United States and Canada, negotiating complex acquisition, sale lease back, lease, and build-to-suit transactions  with many ownership groups, corporations, nonprofits and financial institutions alike.

Seth Weinstein co-leads the acquisition process for new properties across the corporate and nonprofit sectors for Veyron, bringing over 30+ years of global perspective on commercial real estate strategy to the firm’s expanding platform.

Prior to Veyron, Mr. Weinstein was Vice Chairman at Newmark, where for two decades he advised corporations on real estate strategy and helped implement global processes for asset acquisition and disposition. He has structured transactions across most major markets in the U.S. and internationally.

Katherine (Kat) Seeber serves as Veyron’s Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the firm’s financial strategy and reporting infrastructure.

A Certified Public Accountant, Ms. Seeber brings over 10 years of accounting and auditing experience, beginning at KPMG before working across a range of real estate and construction clients. Her background spans construction contractors, manufacturers, homebuilders, real estate developers, third-party logistics providers, and e-commerce brands.

Laura Hornbach serves as Treasurer for Veyron, leading financial analytics for investment and development across all asset types, with a particular focus on capital structure optimization. She brings broad commercial real estate experience spanning complex assets across the Americas and Western Europe.

Previously, Ms. Hornbach was Managing Director at a global corporate real estate firm, where she devised asset strategy solutions and led project underwriting. She also served as Vice President at a multi-family investment firm, where she managed a $1 billion portfolio of institutional assets.

Natalie D’Onofrio focuses on operational efficiency and client solutions at Veyron. She works directly with leadership to design and implement strategic solutions across clients’ global asset portfolios, continuously analyzing market dynamics to ensure alignment with occupier needs.

Prior to Veyron, Ms. D’Onofrio spent 20 years at leading professional services organizations, building the client-facing and analytical experience that informs her work today.

Nina Eshoo brings 33+ years of project finance expertise to Veyron, leading due diligence, transaction structuring, risk mitigation, and credit analysis across the firm’s opportunities.

Prior to Veyron, Ms. Eshoo spent eighteen years at Crédit Agricole as a leading senior banker, and later founded Saltbox Partners to deliver specialized project financing expertise to equity sponsors and developers. Her experience spans development-stage, construction-period, and operating project financings, including comprehensive due diligence on over 200 projects and leadership of more than 50 project financings.

Max Hermacinski has 10 years of analytical expertise. He provides finance analysis and probability and statistics to increase asset value creation at Veyron. Max also manages client relations and tenant retention. His analytical rigor and client-facing expertise have helped drive the firm’s growth to over $3 billion in assets.

Prior to Veyron, Mr. Hermacinski spent 5 years in the commercial real estate brokerage industry.

Noah Weinstein leads Veyron’s North American broker partner program and relationship management at Veyron. He also works with the firm’s leadership team to conduct financial and market analysis on potential property investments and acquisitions.

Lucia Flanagan supports Veyron’s delivery of strategic capital solutions across a range of asset types and transactions. She works closely with clients to evaluate opportunities for asset monetization, new construction funding, and third-party lease conversions, coordinating with Veyron’s leadership team to structure optimal financial and operational outcomes.
