Veyron Acquires 600,000 Sq. Ft.  Mission Critical Distribution Facility in Québec leased to Keurig Dr Pepper

June 5th, 2026 – Beauharnois, Québec – Veyron is pleased to announce the acquisition of a substantial distribution facility leased to Keurig Dr Pepper. The property was acquired from the developer OleaDev.

The approximately 600,000-square-foot facility serves as one of the most important logistics and distribution hubs and is the company’s largest distribution facility in Canada. The facility also supports the distribution of coffee products, premium brands, coffee makers, and expanding e-commerce operations across Canada, serving as a key component of the company’s supply chain infrastructure.

Following the acquisition, Veyron’s Canadian portfolio now totals approximately 3.3 million square feet across a growing collection of institutional assets throughout the country. The transaction further expands Veyron’s North American portfolio, which now totals 47 buildings, encompassing approximately 12.3 million square feet and more than $3.4 billion of assets under management.
