Veyron completes a sale leaseback with IBM for two mission critical assets totaling 1.2M sq. ft.

ONTARIO AND QUEBEC, CANADA – September 29, 2023 – Veyron is pleased to announce that it has closed on the purchase and sale leaseback of two prominent properties owned by IBM in Canada. The properties include:

• A state-of-the-art 725,000 sq. ft. semiconductor testing facility and assembly plant located near Montreal, Canada
• A 535,000 sq. ft. software lab located in Markham, Ontario

IBM is one of the world’s largest information technology employers and among the most valuable global brands with a presence in over 170 countries and more than 305,000 employees across the globe. IBM is currently ranked 49th on the Fortune500.
