Veyron acquires Onsemi’s 166,264 sq. ft. semiconductor manufacturing facility in Nampa, Idaho

NAMPA, ID – March 5, 2024 – Veyron, a privately held real estate investment firm, has added the 166,264-square-foot semiconductor manufacturing facility to its rapidly growing 8.6 million square foot portfolio.

1401 North Kings Road is located in Nampa, Idaho a rapidly growing industrial and manufacturing market within the Boise, ID MSA which has become one of the fastest growing metros in the country over the past 5 years.
